ATKINSON. Mrs. Anna I,.—46, of 548 Valley
St., South Charleston, died yesterday
afternoon in McMillan hospital after a
short illness. She was the widow of R.
H. Atkinson, an electrician, who died
in June. Mrs. Atkinson was a member
of Schwambe Memorial Presbyterian
Church. Surviving are her mother, Mrs.
Myrtle Crouch of Charleston; two daughters,
Mrs. James L. Taylor Jr. of
Albuquerque, N. M.. and Elizabeth Ann
Atkinson at home; three sons, David C.
of Mason County, Pfc. Donald G. Atkinson
with the Army at Ft. Knox, Ky.,
Paul Robert at home; two sisters, Mrs.
R. C. Burgess and Mrs. Kyle Given,
both of Charleston; two brothers, Charles
R Crouch of Bancroft and Paul C. of
Beckley; two grandchildren. The body
is at Bartlett mortuary.

Funeral services will be held
Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Schwambe
church with burial to follow in
the Cunningham Memorial Park
under the direction fo Bartlett Fu-
neral Home of Charleston.
The body will be taken to the
church one hour before services.
