"Mrs. N. J. ADDLEMAN, wife of R. M. Addleman, deceased, died at her home near Eau Claire, Dec. 31st, 1907. A complication of diseases was the cause of her death. She was born Oct. 23, 1842, and was a daughter of James and Martha Boyle Atwell. She united with the church when quite young, but on account of her afflictions was not able to attend for some time before she died. But she remained a faithful and consistent member until called to the fellowship of the church triumphant. The summons came suddenly and unexpected to the family. She submitted willingly to the Lord's will. Funeral services were held at her home by her pastor, Rev. Malcolm, assisted by Rev. Davis and Rev. Smith. Interment was made in the new Eau Claire cemetery. She leaves to mourn her departure two sons and four daughters."
