Wes married Melanie Beggs June 1, 1994. He attended ITT Tech in Indiana and was employed at Atlas Technologies in Fenton. He enjoyed bow hunting, deer hunting, working on cars, camping, internet games and learning to play the banjo.
Surviving are: wife: Melanie; 5 children: Isaiah (Kristina) Ayers, Quentin (Racheal) Ayers, Johnathan (Jana) Ayers, Michael Ayers and Matthew Ayers. Stepson: Justin Bramlett.
