BADING, DOROTHY ALICE "DOTTIE", 84, of Annapolis, MD passed away April 2, 2013. She was born June 1, 1926 in Collingswood, New Jersey to the late Raymond and Jeanette Bradford. Dorothy graduated from Bowling Green University class of 1948. Upon graduation she married Herman Bading, Ensign USN, on February 10, 1951. They were happily married for 62 wonderful years. She loved being a Navy wife and traveling, the time stationed in Italy was amongst her favorite years. After settling in Annapolis in 1973 she became a real estate agent for the next 22 years. Dottie volunteered to work with physically challenged children. She was a strong supporter of the Christian Children's Fund and attended the Naval Academy Chapel for 43 years. She enjoyed sailing, gardening, playing bridge and the Amberly Book Club. She is survived by her loving husband: Herman Bading; and children: Julia Virginia Bading and Casey Bradford Bading. A Remembrance Tribute will be held at Lasting Tributes, 814 Bestgate Rd. Annapolis, MD 21401 on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 11am until 1pm.
