ALVIE J. BAKER, at the age of 82 years old, died on March 3, 2014 at home. He was a musician from the age of 6 years old. He played steel guitar and played with Buck Owens, Johnny Paycheck, and Freddie Hart. He was born in Lawrenceburg, TN. and moved to California in 1957 where he played in Southern California at various Country Music Clubs. His survivors are his wife Sharon Baker; son David Baker and daughter-in law Gina Baker; son Joey Baker; son Daniel Baker and daughter-in law Tina; and 3 grandchildren Kyle, Jacob , and Christy. Services will be held at Miller Jones Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Road, Sun City, CA; viewing on March 7th between 4:00 to 8:00pm. Funeral services will be March 8th @ 12:00pm.
