The death certificate appears to have much information confused, i.e., stating that her husband was "A A Baker," and also that her father was "A A Baker" (who was her husband), and that her mother was "Charity Francis" (which was her own maiden name). It also says she was buried in Rugby, VA on "3-3 1933," so a date of death of 1 March 1933 makes more sense and is likely correct.
