Betty Jane Edwards, age 75 of Galax, Virginia died Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. She was born on January 2, 1944 in Virginia to Herbert Clute and Louise Isom Bedwell.
She is survived by her son Kenneth Edwards, Jr. of Fries, Virginia; two brothers, Terry Dean Bedwell of Elk Creek, Virginia and Dennis Bedwell of Colorado; eight grandchildren also survive.
Memorial services will be conducted on Monday evening at 6:00 PM the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Chuck Edwards. The family will receive friends following the service. Inurnment will follow at later date at the Corinth Cemetery in Rugby, Virginia.
