Claude Baker, 64, 1127 S. Shipley St., retired Muncie Foundry employee who came here from Findlay, Ohio, died early Tuesday at his home. He had been ill for several years. Mr. Baker was a member of the Eagles Lodge and was a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred; three brothers, Willard and Kenneth Baker, both of Miami, Fla., and Charles Baker, Muncie; two sisters, Mrs. Harold Ford, Muncie, and Mrs. W.B. Slattery, Chicago, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Piepho Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Thomas Hodson officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
