Funeral for Alice M. Barber will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Riverview Abbey, where private vault entombment will follow. Mrs. Barber, who was 99, died Sunday in a Tigard nursing home. She lived at 7231 SE 34th Ave. Born on Nov. 14, 1875 in Mingo, Ohio, she moved to Portland in 1907, then to Tigard until 1931 where she lived until she returned to Portland in 1969. Survivors include one grandson, Bill Richardson of Portland; one granddaughter, Barbara Siebert of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; two step-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
