   Mary Ellen Barnes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Barnes, died at the home of her parents, near Billings, Okla., July 18, 1920, aged two years and two days. The body was brought to Mulhall for burial Monday evening. Funeral services were held at the M. E. church Tuesday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. A. W. Fawcett. The little form was laid to rest by loving hands in Rose Lawn Cemetery. The father, mother and sister, Helen May, will miss the little one in the home. Several from Guthrie were here to attend the funeral, and among them were Mr. Barns' parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Barnes, Mrs. George Hansel and Miss Irene Powell, Edmond Barnes of Oklahoma City and Mr. Holland of Kansas City were here also.
   Mrs. Paul Barnes was formerly Miss Florence Hoopes of this place, daughter of J. F. Hoopes. She has many friends here who will sympathize with her in her bereavement.
