Theresa Barnett Adams, 65 passed Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the Mississippi Baptist Hospital in Jackson.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 29, at 10 a.m. at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Parkway Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday from 5 - 8 pm at Culpepper Funeral Home.
She is survived by her son Steven R. Ward and his wife Ann; her mother, Dorothy Conn Barnett; her sister, Brenda Coleman; an aunt Martha Brooke; a nephew, Skipper Coleman; grandchildren Jennifer Ward and Joshua Ward; great-nephew Chase Coleman; and great niece Sydney Coleman.
She was a member of First Baptist Church. She taught hand bells, voice and piano.
She was a former member of the DAR.
