TEXAS CITY - Mrs. Gertrude F. Allan, 83, died early Thursday morning in the Texas City Nursing Home.
Funeral Services will be at 4 pm today in St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Rev. W. L. Broussard officiating.
Burial will be in Galveston Memorail Park under the direction of the Emken-Linton Funeral Home of Texas City.
A rosary was recited Thursday night at the funeral home.
Mrs. Allan was born Aug. 30 1888 in Galveston.
She resided at 107 21st Ave. North and was a member of St. Mary's Chuch and the church altar society.
Survivors include three daughter, Mrs. Lawrence R. Smith of Texas City, Mrs. Geoge W. Beeler of La Marque and Mrs. Edwin DeLaune of Baytown; three sisters, Mrs. M.S. Trost of Houston and Mrs. A. M. Sims and Mrs. O, Killki of Galveston; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Don Easton, Gary Peters, Condrad Peters, George W. Beeler Jr., Arthur Sims and William Faherty.
The family has requested that memorials be directed to one's favorite charity.
