Carlos Manuel Barradas, of Mamaroneck, was murdered on January 16, 2002 at age 35. Born in Port Chester to the late Manuel Barradas and Ermelinda (nee Matos) Barradas. Carlos worked as a woodcarver for Barradas Restoration in Larchmont. In addition to his mother, Ermelinda of Mamaroneck, he is survived by a sister, Elsa Zacarias, also of Mamaroneck.
