EMORY BARROW'S RITES TUESDAY
Funeral services for Emory Earl Barrow, 78, of Point Barrow will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Paul U Lee Chapel.
A lifelong Chambers County resident, Barrow was a farmer and rancher. He died at 8:30 a.m. Sunday in a hospital in Baytown.
Isaac M Jones, minister of Mont Belvieul Church of Christ, and the Rev. Edwin T Summers, pastor of Grace Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Barbers Cemetery in Mont Belvieu.
Barrow was born Dec 20, 1896 in Mont Belvieu. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Perry Forrest Barrow; two grandsons, Perry F Barrow Jr. and Robert Leon Barrow, all of Baytown; his half-sister, Mrs. Avis Powell of Beeville; and several nieces and nephews in Baytown.
Pallbearers will be B. E. Greer, Robert Kerr, George Bird, Forrest McKinney, Arnold McKay and Jack Strickler.
