She was born Oct. 20, 1925, in Leroy, W.Va., a daughter of the late William M. and Flossie E. Hill Batten.
Reva had worked in the offices of Waller C. Hardy and Company of Parkersburg starting in 1943. She was a member of Stout Memorial United Methodist Church.
Surviving Reva are her two sons, William H. Anderson of Charlotte, N.C. and Thomas L. Anderson of Parkersburg; granddaughters, Christine Elizabeth Anderson and Jessie Margaret Shipp; and two nieces, Patty Batten and Carol Graves.
In addition to her parents, Reva was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Anderson; sister, Christine H. Batten; and brother, Hershel C. Batten.
The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with the Rev. Scott Sears officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today and 1-2 p.m. Sunday prior to the service.
