Margaret B. Adair, born January 24, 1913 in Dustin, Oklahoma to James B. and Elizabeth 'Bessie' Battle, passed away peacefully in Grove, Oklahoma at the Grove Nursing Center where she has been living for the past two years to be close to her son, Gary and his wife, Becky. Margaret was a Charter Member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church of Oklahoma City, Phi Zeta Kappa Sorority and The Daughters of the American Revolution. She retired as office manager of the Oklahoma City Better Business Bureau.

Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was married to James Allen Adair in 1942 who preceded her in death in 1968. She is also preceded in death by one brother, James B. Battle, Jr.

She is survived by a son, Gary A. Adair and wife, Becky of Grand Lake, one brother, Dick M. Battle of Oklahoma City, grandchildren, Travis and Adrienne Adair of Houston, TX, and Andrew and Amy Adair Waldron of Norman, great-grandsons, Grayson A. Adair of Houston and Alexander J. 'AJ' Waldron of Norman.

Family will greet friends Wed. 6-8pm. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 17 at Spring Creek Baptist Church with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
