Deborah Louella Bay, 66, of Jersey Shore, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2014, at Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 26, 1947, in Jersey Shore, she was a daughter to the late John and Esther (Pringle) Bennett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence T. Bay on Jan. 6, 2005. They were united in marriage on Dec. 20, 1966. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Lloyd Fryer Jr. and brothers-in-law, Ronald (Reba) Bay, Glenn Bay, Robert Bay, and Richard Bay Sr.
Earlier in Deb's life she worked in various sewing factories. She enjoyed playing bingo and having breakfast with her friends.
Surviving are a son, Keith E. (Melissa) Bay, of Lock Haven; two daughters, Cindy S. Rhinehart and Wendy A. (David) Sweeney, both of Jersey Shore; six grandchildren, Morgan, Trevor, Amber, David Jr., Cody and Hunter; two brothers, David Bennett, of Antes Fort and James Fryer, of Jersey Shore; step-father, Lloyd Fryer Sr., of Jersey Shore; sisters-in-law, Alice Bay, Darlene Bay, and Judy Bennett; her aunt, Fern Biessecker; several nieces and nephews; and other family members, Rick Bay, Kenny and Linda Rhinehart, Arliss and Kayla.
Services and burial will be held at the Jersey Shore Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
