Mrs. Charles Austin Was Found Dead In Bed Yesterday
Mrs. Charles Austin, a pioneer resident of Keeler, was found dead in bed at her home in that village yesterday morning. Mrs. Austin had been ailing for two weeks, but had been considered seriously ill only since Sunday morning. Mrs. Austin was 66 years of age. She came with her parents from Ohio when a child and on January 1, 1864, was married to Charles Austin at Keeler, and they have since resided in that township and were among Keeler's best known residents. She leaves a husband and two children. Ludwig Austin of Jackson and Mrs. Chas. Linsenmeyer of Keeler. Funeral services for her will be attended at the family home in Keeler on Friday with interment in the Keeler cemetery.
