Joseph Wayne Burgess of Shawnee, Oklahoma and one sister, Vanessa Cervantes of Earlsboro, Oklahoma. Also surviving Cecil is one niece, Leah Cervantes and two nephews, Samuel Cervantes and Anthony Wayne Burgess. Survived by son Stephen Shane Bear of Yukon, OK, and daughter Alyssa Nicole Bear of Oklahoma City, OK. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, "Bill" and Linda Kay Bear, and one brother, Stephen Bear. A wake service for Cecil will be held at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel, Monday, September 12, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the Hitchittee Methodist Church with Rev. Alvin Deer officiating. The body will be taken to the church Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will be at the Bear Family Cemetery. Casket bearers are Mike Bear, Rowan Bear, Wiley Bear, Russell Bear, Stacy Haney and Tracy Haney. Services under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole, Oklahoma.
