She lived in High Point,N.C. for a long time and then she lived in Williamsburg, Va. for a while. She retired from Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, Va. She worked for a number of years for Anvil Brand in High Point, N. C. and attended the Blue Ridge Presbyterian Academy and also attented The Faith Assembly of God 's church. Aunt Geneva and Ruth her daughter lived for a number of years at Robinwood Retirment Home Apt. 106A in Kernsville, N.C
