Mrs. Bedford was a sales clerk with J.C. Penny, and later with Macy's until her retirement at the age of 80.
Mrs. Bedford was pre-deceased by her husband Francis Bedford in 2001. She is survived by her son Larry L. Sinclair (Nancy) of Forest Hill, MD, and daughter Judith McMillan of Wilmington; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 21 at 11 am at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE with a funeral service at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Chester Bethel Cemetery.
