Two San Antonio Boys Killed Outright and One Seriously Injured, but May recover
Watches That Varied in Time the Cause
A fatal head on collision which cost the lives of a number of young men well known in San Antonio took place on the Texas and Pacific road near Atlanta, Texas last evening around three o'clock:
Those killed are:
Edward Bee, railway mail clerk, residing at No. 828 Avenue C....
The remains of Bee will be shipped to San Antonio and will arrive here on No. 1 of the International and Great Northern tomorrow morning. Bee's body will be prepared for burial and taken to St. Mark's Cathedral, from whence it will be shipped to Seguin to be interred in the family burying grounds tomorrow afternoon.
It is reported that the sad news of the death of Ed Bee has not yet been related to the father, General Bee, who is seriously ill, as it is feared he would not be able to overcome the shock.
The collision is supposed to have been caused by the time of the watches of the engineers on the north and south bound Cannon Ball trains varying.
