Mrs. Edward Andreae, 102
PORT HURON - Mrs. Marcia B. Andreae, 102, of 4510 Lakeshore Road, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 1981, in her home after a two-week illness.
Mrs. Andreae was born March 6, 1878 in Franklin, N.Y.
Her husband, Edward, who was president of the former Yale Woolen Mills for many years, died Dec. 22, 1951.
Mrs. Andreae was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, the Port Huron Garden Club and the Port Huron Golf Club.
She is survived by six granddaughters, Mrs. Jay (Bonnie) Ferguson, Troy; Mrs. Martin E. (Melanie) Weiss, Port Huron; Mrs. Owen (Betty) Gilligan, Bloomfield Hills; Mrs. Thomas (Laurie) White, Ann Arbor; Mrs. Claudio (Lynn) del Core, Dayton, Ohio; Mrs. Carl (Julie) Bergman, Naperville, Ill.; a grandson, Robert E. Andreae, Oakland, California; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Grace Episcopal Church. The Rev. Canon D. Roy Lees, rector, will officiate.
Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery, Yale.
Visit hours will be from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Arthur Smith Funeral Homes - North Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Grace Episcopal Church of Port Huron Hospital.
