Dorothy "Dot" Beggs Alligood, 85, of Fitzgerald died Sunday, February 11 at the Life Care Center in Fitzgerald.
Funeral services will be held 3 PM, Tuesday, February 13 at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel, Fitzgerald with Rev. Kelly Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Alligood was born January 19, 1922, in Gainesville, Florida, to the late James Smith "Jim" and Willie Belle Golding Beggs.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Alligood.
