Mrs. Ada Taft, wife of T.J. Behan, died at her home at age 51.
She was the only daughter of the late Delevan A. and Lucena Lidell Taft, the Tafts being early residents of Ilion.
Mrs. Behan was born in Kendall, Orleans county and came to Ilion to reside in 1866 and was married here twenty-six years ago.
Besides her husband she leaves a cousin, Mrs. Fred Bronner, Richfield Springs and many warm friends to mourn her loss.
