GATESVILLE (SPL) - Mrs. Ida Mae Burleson, 90, of Austin and a longtime resident of Gatesville, died Sunday morning in an Austin rest home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Scotts Funeral Home in Gatesville, Rev. Urban Schulze officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery.
Mrs. Burleson came to Gatesville in 1907 and lived in Gatesville until 1966, when she moved to Austin. She worked in several department stores in Gatesville, retiring about 15 years ago.
Mrs. Burleson is survived by a son, J.M. Burleson of Austin; a granddaughter, and a great-grandson.
