BELL, Annie Margaret - 98, Valley View Villa, Riverton, formerly of Eureka, passed away Friday, May 19, 2006, in the villa. Born in Moser River, she was a daughter of the late Otto and Alice (Fraser) Kindervater. Annie moved to Pictou County in 1915. She worked as a baker at the Old Pictou County Home which is now Valley View Villa. She was a member of the LOBA for over 65 years and the Rebekah Lodge for over 50 years. She was a member of the former Wesley United Church, Eureka, where she sang in the choir for more than 50 years. She is survived by son, Ralph Bell, Eureka; grandchildren, Stephen (Winnie) Bell, John (Karen) Bell, Phillip (Natalie) Bell, Joanne (Dan) Wilkins, Marjorie (Kevin) Moser, Billy (Mary) Bell, Donnie (Colleen) Bell, Allan (Lisa) Bell, Karen (Fred) Sangster, Jim Bell, Celia Bell, Kenny (Sharon) Ward, Timmy (Carol) Ward, Andy (Wendy) Ward; daughter-in-law, Pearl Bell; 33 great-grandchildren; several great great-grandchildren; special nieces, Jean and Betty. She was predeceased by her husband, William Alexander "Bill"; sons, Cyril "Sonny", Robert "Bob"; daughter, Marjorie "Marg" Ward; grandson, Larry; sisters, Emma Gordon, Mary Sharpe; brother, Alexander Kindervater; half-brothers, Peter and Jim Fraser. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in St. Columba United Church, Hopewell. Burial will be in Riverton Cemetery. Donations in memory of Annie may be made to Valley View Villa, Riverton.
