Last Saturday morning the sad news of the demise of Mrs. John Benjamin was reported. Mrs. Benjamin was well known in and around Hillsdale, having lived here since childhood, being one of the eldest daughters of Mrs. Fannie Johnson of this place. Mrs. Benjamin's sickness dates back for a couple of years, she having been a victim of tuberculosis. There remain to mourn her death, her husband and two sons. Funeral services were held from the Methodist church and interment was made in Bethesda cemetery.
