Paulene B. Arbaugh, 74, of Circleville, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at her residence.
She was born at Cherry Grove on Nov. 8, 1938, the daughter of the late Berry Bennett and Nellie Robinson Bennett Warner.
She married Mayo Clifton Arbaugh, who lives in Circleville.
Mrs. Arbaugh was a homemaker and attended a one-room school on Hunting Ground. She was a Pentecostal by faith.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Arbaugh is survived by a son, Michael William Arbaugh and his wife Kathy of Cherry Grove; six sisters, Arlene Mick of Harrisonburg, Va., Floda Vandevander of Cherry Grove, Catherine Arbaugh of Cherry Grove, Barbara Hardy of Broadway, Va., Mabel Mick and her husband Robert of Broadway, Va., and Mary Marshall and husband Mike of Blue Grass, Va.; three brothers, Lacy Bennett and wife Mottie of Cherry Grove, Arnold Ray “Sonny” Bennett and wife Wanda of Cherry Grove, and John Warner Jr. and wife Robin of Green Cove Springs, Fla.; two grandchildren, Christina Arbaugh and fiance Rusty Pennington, and Clifton Arbaugh; and two great-grandchildren, Colton Pennington and Hanna Pennington.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Peachie Bennett, and her step-father, John Warner.
The Rev. Andre Crummett officiated funeral services Sunday, April 28, at 2 p.m. at Basagic Funeral Home, Franklin.
Interment was in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Franklin.
