Fred Donovan “Don” Bentsen, 76, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 in Houston, TX. He was born December 10, 1938 in San Benito to Fred Miller Bentsen and Mary Alice Butler Bentsen.
He grew up in San Benito, lived in Harlingen most of his adult life and worked at Lewis Electric Motors from the age of 18 until retirement.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Judy Davis Bentsen, and his daughter, Mary Christine Bentsen.
A memorial service will be held at Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home in Harlingen.
