Dead at Age of 86
At the age of 86 years, Mrs. J.H. Anderson, resident of Saskatoon since 1906, died after a lengthy illness Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary C. Jackson, 409 Avenue B south.
Coming from Manitou, Man. with her husband in 1902, the couple settled in Dundurn and moved to the city in 1906. Mr Anderson died in 1933.
Besides Mrs. Jackson, she is survived by two sons, George R., 434 Avenue G south and W.A.H. Anderson at Hollywood, California, five grand children and five great grandchildren. To allow the son from California to attend the service, the funeral has been delayed until Wednesday, January 24, at 3 o'clock from St. Andrews church with the Rev. John Hardwick officiating interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
