Dr. Albert F. "Zeke" Biddle Jr., 77, of Elizabeth, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014, in Anne Arundel Medical Center, Annapolis, Md. He was a 1954 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He was a chiropractor for 52 years at Biddle Chiropractic Clinic in Elizabeth, an Army veteran and a member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church in Elizabeth Township, where he was very active. Zeke was also a member of the Elizabeth Forward Alumni Association, Stephen Bayard Masonic Lodge 526 F and AM of Elizabeth and the Sutersville Moose. He loved fishing, working in the yard and feeding his birds. Born Sept. 8, 1936, in West Elizabeth, Albert was a son of the late Albert F. Biddle Sr. and Meredith (Kiger) Biddle. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Yvonne (Riden) Biddle; sons, Scott (Nancy) Biddle, of Elizabeth Township, Dr. Jeff (Susan) Biddle, of Elizabeth Township, Mark (Jane) Biddle, of Andover, Mass., and Lance (Laura) Biddle, of West Elizabeth; grandchildren, Derek, Brittany, Matthew, Elizabeth, Andrew, Carl, Michael, Joseph, Kate and Sarah Biddle; sisters, Donna Kerr Schwaiger, of Peters Township, and Cheryl (Jim) Sejvar, of Murrysville; also nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jean Biddle. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2014, and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2014, in the PAUL E. BEKAVAC FUNERAL HOME, 221 N. Second Ave., Elizabeth. A Masonic service is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. A funeral service will take place at noon Thursday, July 10, 2014, in Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church, Elizabeth Township, with the Rev. William J. Starr officiating. (Everyone please meet at church). Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
