Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Armistead, 63, died Saturday, January 26, 1974, at her home.
A native of Lone Oak, Texas, she had lived in Moss Point for 33 years. She was
survived by her husband Charles B. Armistead; her daughers, Mrs. J.S. Horsley,
Atlanta, Ga., and Mrs. C.D. Gaines, Hurst, Texas; one brother James Billinger,
Lone Oak, Texas; two sisters Mrs. N.A. Burnside, Wichita Falls, Texas, and Mrs.
P.E. Slack, Houston; and three grandchildren.
