Florence Audrey (Billingsley) Armstrong, 93, died of natural causes on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, in her home surrounded by her family.

She was born February 5, 1918, in Glasgow Montana, to Charles Hulse and Estella Billingsley. She graduated from Glasgow High School in 1936.

She married Bert H. Armstrong on August 1, 1936 and made her home in Glasgow until moving to Malta, Montana. She worked for the government for 26 years and retired in 1978. She enjoyed working with the Rainbow for Girls, 4-H, DAR and was an active 50 year member in Boise #65 Order of the Eastern Star.

In addition to recently celebrating her 75th Wedding Anniversary she cherished spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, two children, six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be shared on Friday, January 27, 11:00 at Red Rock Christian Church, 1124 S. Roosevelt, Boise, Idaho, under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes.
