ROME- Mrs. Hattie C. Bellinger, 75, died Sept. 22, 1941 in the home of her son, Burt W. Bellinger, Vernon R. D. 2. She had been in failing health for eight years.
She was born in New London, the daughter of Henry C. and Mary Clark Bissell. She was married Dec. 12, 1890 to George A. Bellinger, who died May 15, 1941, in Oriskany. She had been visiting her son for a week but had lived in Oriskany for last five years.
She leaves her son, a daughter, Mrs. Joel Russell, Oriskany, two brothers, Arthur O., Rome, and Willard C. Bissell, Rome, R. D.
The funeral will be at 2 p. m. . Thursday from the Griffin & Aldridge Funeral Home.
