On Dec. 26, 1706 at Windsor, Conn., Abigail m. as his 2nd wife, Joseph Baker, Jr., s. of Joseph Baker and Hannah Cook of Windsor. After their children were b. at Windsor, the family relocated to Tolland, Conn. where her husband and several of the children are interred with gravestones at Tolland's South Yard cemetery. Abigail survived her husband and at her death was apparently living with daughter Hannah (Baker) Gurley at Mansfield, Conn.
Abigail's gravestone says she d. "in the 88th year of her age," the long-hand form for she died Ætatis suæ (i.e., Æ, "Aged," in the XX year of her Age) 88. However, if the inscribed date of her death is correct, based on her recorded date of birth (3 Aug. 1681) Abigail was 85 years old at death and Ætatis suæ 86, not 88.
