Mrs. Judith Amelia Alter, 37, of 1205 Rustic Circle SE, died Friday at her home. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Stephens Episcopal Church.
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Fayetteville. Laughlin-Service funeral Home in charge. The Rev. C. E. South will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Huntsville-Madison County Mental Health Assoc., Lincoln County (Tenn.) Mental Health Assoc., Fayetteville, Tenn., or to the Huntsville Emergency Line Program (HELP).
Survivors include her husband, John D. Alter; two daughters, Jill Alter and Mandy Alter; one son, John D. Alter, Jr.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Black, Sarasota, Fla.; and two sisters, Mrs. Susan Briggs, Falls Church Va., and Mrs. Lois Faison, Fayetteville, Tenn.
