Other: Died at the age of 47, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, after shooting and killing his ex-wife, Mary Catherine Riley, who divorced him just two weeks ago. Carlisle Chapel. Buried Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis. Lived in Mooresville for the last 2 years. Parents: Christopher Blackwell, Sr. and Grace Johnson Blackwell (now Pittman.)
