Mrs. W. S. Allbritton

Mrs. W. S. Allbritton passed away at the Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital on Thursday, April 10th. Funeral services were held April 11th at 2:30 o'clock at Lee's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. W. P. Bailey officiating. Pallbearers were T. H. Gray, Clarence Oliver, Billy Fisackerly, Shed Castle, O. D. Brent and Jack Groce.

Mrs. Allbritton, the former Miss Alice Cornelia Blackwood, was born in Choctaw county on April 25, 1878. She was married to Mr. Albritton, who survives, in 1901. She was a member of the Moore Memorial Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband and four daughters, Miss Mary Sue Allbritton, Miss Eva Allbritton and Mrs. Travis Land, all of Winona, and Miss Clara Bell Allbritton, South Carolina; one son, Ralph Allbritton, Memphis; a sister, Mrs. Lester Landrum, Ackerman; and a brother, Anderson Blackwood, Fentress, Miss.
