Blackwood; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara G. Cain of Alaska and Miss Mary Blackwood of Memphis; a son, Clarence E. Blackwood Jr. of Memphis; a sister, Mrs. Thelma Brattery of Houston, Texas; a brother, V.O. Blackwood of Houston; a half-brother, Lebbert L. Wells of Memphis, and five grandchildren.
