Mrs. Elmer Blanchard died at her home in Alexandria, Monday, March 23, at noon. The cause of death was consumption. The deceased was born in Ohio on April 4, 1863, and came to Douglas county with her parents when a young girl. She was married to Mr. Blanchard about twenty-one years ago. She leaves, besides her husband, an aged mother and seven children, four girls and three boys, the eldest about twenty years of age.
The funeral occurs this afternoon at two o'clock from the Free Methodist church, Rev. H.T. Krousey officiating. The interment will be in Kinkead cemetery.
