Antonio Blasetti, of Yonkers, passed away on September 9, 2017. He was 92 years old. Born in Tagliacozzo, Italy to the late Giacinto and Marietta Casale Blasetti. Beloved husband of Antida D'Amadio Blasetti, whom he married in Tagliacozzo 63 years ago. They emigrated together to the United States in 1954. Loving father of Giacinto (MaryAnne) Blasetti, Oscar Blasetti, Onorina (Angelo) Campana and Marianne (Daniel) Fiorito. Adored grandfather of Rachel, Anthony, Cristina, Marco, Daniel, Stephanie, Elisa, Cristian, Nicholas and Joseph. Antonio was pre deceased by two brothers and three sisters. Anthony started out in America as a baker at Delasho Bakery where he worked for 12 years and then began his career as a tool and dye maker at Stewart Stamping Co. in Yonkers, where he remained until his retirement. He was a longtime member of the Tagliacozzo Club, an avid fan of Lazio Soccer Team but most important to him was his family. His wife, children and grandchildren were his true passion. Arrangements entrusted to FLOWER FUNERAL HOME INC., 714 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers with visitation Sunday 5-9 pm and Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral mass Tuesday 10:45 am at St. John the Baptist Church with entombment to follow at Ferncliff Mausoleum.
