Fond du Lac Daily Commonwealth, Fri. Feb. 2, 1909, p. 8:4. Blatz – Mrs. Joseph Blatz died at the family residence in the town of Forest early this morning. Death occurred after a brief illness. The deceased is survived by a husband and six children. Mrs. Blatz is well known in this city.

Fond du Lac Daily Commonwealth, Sat. Feb. 13, 1909, p. 8:4. Blatz – Mrs. Anna Blatz and infant daughter died at 6:30 Friday morning at the family home in Dotyville. Mrs. Blatz, who was 37 years of age, is survived by her husband, Joseph Blatz; two daughters; four sons; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Simon, of Taycheedah; five sisters, Mrs. B. Petri, of Mt. Calvary, Mrs. S. Smith, Fond du Lac, Mrs. J. Ott, Brothertown, Mrs. L. Smith, St. Joe, Miss Mary Simon, Taycheedah; and eight brothers, Peter and Stephen Simon, of Mt. Calvary, John, of St. John, Joseph and Michael, of Marshfield, Dr. Louis Simon, of Horicon, and Henry and Matthew, of Taycheedah. The funeral will be held at 9 o’clock Monday morning from the home and at 10 o’clock from St. Michael’s church in Dotyville, Rev. R. Kramer officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.
