"Through the courtesy of undertaker Jas. A. Smith, the Progress man is in position to note the following three death: Mrs. Frank Averill died at Bradford City, last Wednesday. Death was caused by old age and general decline. Her age was 79 years. Her body was brought to Grampian on Saturday and interned, Undertaker J. L. Smith having charge of the body; Rev. Mr. Jones officiating scripturally. Deceased was well known to many Curwensville people prior to her removal from this section. Her maiden name was Bloom, but of what family we are unable to recall."
She is interned next to her husband without a stone.
