Josephine Alyce Young, 82, of Wichita Falls passed away on January 1, 2015.
Interment at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Josephine was born on April 14, 1932, in Luther, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Alexander and reared by her aunt and uncle, Cora and Alvin Montgomery, who also preceded her in death. Josephine and Vivian Young were married for over fifty years. She was a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Josephine was also preceded in death by a host of loving aunts and uncles.
Josephine is survived by her husband, Vivian Young, of Wichita Falls; children, Lynn Young of Arlington, TX, Gary Young of Sacramento, CA, Vanessa Young-Fields (Andrew) of Fort Worth, TX and Kevin Young, of San Diego, CA; cousin, Karen Montgomery, of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren, Tianisha Griffin-Chen (Kai) Marques Young, Gary Young, Jr. (Shatoya), Damon Young, and Joshua Young (Maralee); great-grandchildren, Josiah Young, Chaeli Young, Amani Griffin, Christian Chen and Taryn Young; and a host of nieces and nephews.
