SCHLEY WOMAN DIES; FUNERAL TO BE HELD SATURDAY

Mrs. Dorothy Bolder, 83, Town of Schley, died yesterday at 1 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Brikowski. She had been in ill health for several years.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Jandow, she was born January 24, 1863, in Latvia and came to America in 1907, living in Chicago for two years before coming to the Town of Schley in 1909.

She was married 63 years ago in Latvia to George Bolder, who died December 6, 1936. The couple observed their Golden Wedding in 1934.

Surviving are five of the seven children born to the couple. They are Mrs. John (Elsie) Brikowski, Bloomville; Mrs. Charles (Bertha) Krumming, Gleason, R.F.D. No. 3; Norbert Bolder, Gleason, R.F.D. No. 2; Mrs. John (Ida) Olson, Astoria, Oregon; and Mrs. Ermina Langeson, Portland, Ore.

A son, Richard, died in an automobile accident in 1922 and another child died in infancy.

Also surviving are three sisters in Latvia who have not been heard from since the start of the war; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday from the Schram funeral home at 1:30 p.m. and from Riverside Presbyterian church at Gleason at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Edward A. George will officiate. The body will lie in state at the funeral home from seven o'clock this evening until the hour of services. Interment will be in Gleason.
