Carl worked as a tool and die maker for Marathon Electric. He also farmed in the town of Russell and worked in Milwaukee as a cement finisher.
Survivors include one daughter, Judy (Dick) Koller, Brodhead, Wis.; two sons, Chuck (Mary) Bolder and Rick (Pat) Bolder, Gleason; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one brother, Don (Billie) Gross, Waukesha; and one sister-in-law, Dorothy Bolder, Antigo.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Waid Funeral Home, Merrill. Burial will be in the Gleason cemetery, town of Russell. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, and from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at the funeral home.
