She was the beloved wife of the late Rudolph L. Behrens Sr.
Patricia was born in New York, N.Y., December 21, 1925, a daughter of the late Patrick A. Bolger and Alice (Kennedy) Bolger. Patricia was a graduate of Berkley Business School in New York City. She began her working career in advertising in New York City, where she met her husband Rudy, and moved to Wallingford, CT. in 1957 to raise her family. Patricia was later employed at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft for 25 years until her retirement.
She is survived by her children Joyce Carothers and husband Wayne, Rudolph L. Behrens Jr., Jeanne Duchemin and husband David, Thomas Behrens and wife Tammy, Robert Behrens, and wife Susan, and Mary Ellen Behrens: her grandchildren Nicole Gandossy, Erin and Christopher Carothers, John Deko and Carolyn Caggianno, Todd Duchemin and wife Lisa, Michelle Sweeney and husband Mark, Rudy Behrens, Brian Behrens and Steven Behrens; her great-grandchildren Aiden Cincotta, Maci Duchemin, Rylee Sweeney, Nolan Land, and Johnny, Joey, and Cooper Deko. Patricia is also survived by her sister Alice Rogers; and her brother Robert Bolger and wife Lee. She was predeceased by her daughter Pamela Behrens, her sisters Rosemary Bolger, Ann Mangum; and her brother William Bolger.
