Funeral Services for Mrs. Catherine E. Bombeck, widow of Christopher Bombeck will be conducted today at 3 p.m. at her home in Glenmont. The Rev. R. A. Stanton of the Bethlehem Reformed Church will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Mrs. Bombeck, 87, died Wednesday [6 Sep] at her home. She was born in Germany and had lived in Glenmont for 50 years. Two sons, Clarence R. and Henry O. Bombeck survive. Funeral Director. Edmund j. C. Dascher has charge.
