Linda Bonney, 74, of Clovis, NM died Sunday, September 8, 2013 at her home. Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Carlos Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories. Pallbearers include Dominque Reyes, Ronnie Bonnie Jr., Nikolaus Bonney, Ryan Bonney, Derrick Romero, and Louis Jaurequi. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
Linda was born July 8, 1939 to Silviano and Cipriana (Marquez) Roybal in Yeso, NM. She married Alex Bonney July 20, 1957 in Bernalillo, NM. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, quilting, camping, gardening, cooking for everyone and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Alex Bonney of the home; five children, Ronnie (Andrea) Bonney Sr., Debbie Reyes, Jacquelyn Bonney, Renee Bonney, and Mark Bonney all of Clovis, NM; four brothers, Augustine, Napoleon, Sylvester, and Silviano; 19 grandchildren, Derik, Nicole, Ronnie, Jana, Brandie, Sierra, Domonique, Natalie, Deborah, Louis, Linda, Melody, Contezza, Marybel, Nikolus, Joshua, Etyhan, Ryan, and Amy; and 11 great-grandchildren, Noah, Kash, Ryder, Jayce, Kristy, Marcos, Alexa, Jerimiah, Joseph, and Lada. She was preceded in death by her parents, Silviano and Cipriana; two sons, Robert and Max; and a great-grandson, Sean.
